When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?
Feel free to ask for returns or exchanges when
- You’ve received the wrong product
- The product was damaged or defective on arrival
- You received an incomplete order
Customers are required to notify us within 7 days of delivery. Requests for returns or exchanges beyond this timeframe will not be processed or approved.

What Proof Do We Need?
To speed things up on our end, just have these details handy within 24 hours of your Majree delivery landing with you.
- Unboxing Video – A continuous video showing you opening the package.
- Product Images – Clear images showing the issue (wrong item, damage, etc.).
- Package Photo – The parcel's outer packaging showing its condition.
- Shipping Label – A visible image of the label with tracking details.
This ensures prompt validation of your claim with maximum operational efficiency.
Important Guidelines
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer
- Exchange of the same or different product (price difference to be adjusted).
- Store credit will be delivered as a coupon code, redeemable on all future Majree orders.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
We kindly ask customers to arrange return shipping, as Majree currently does not offer a reverse pickup option for returned items.

What Is Store Credit?
Opting for store credit? You’ll receive a coupon via email, matching your item’s value. It has no expiration, allowing flexible use at your convenience for future Majree purchases.
What Is an Exchange?
Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or higher value, with any difference payable by the customer. For lower-value selections, Majree will issue store credit equal to the unused balance from the original purchase.
What Products Are Not Eligible?
- Products bought during sale or discount events.
- Items returned without their original packaging or tags.
- Sarees with fall and edging.
- Customised or tailored items.
- Items returned without prior communication or after the 7-day period
Note: We allow only one-time return or exchange per order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted only prior to dispatch. For prepaid transactions, a nominal fee—calculated according to the product value—will be applied and deducted from your total refund.
Final Checks & Processing
When the returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a standard quality check. Following approval, Majree will execute your store credit or exchange within a practical and business-efficient timeframe.
A Few Reminders
Slight differences in colour, fabric, or embroidery may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. These are not considered defects.
Please note, adornments such as jewellery, clutches, or accessories pictured with Majree garments are for styling only, not included.
