Cancellation Policy

Majree recognizes that customer needs can evolve, and changes to orders may be necessary. To cancel an order, please ensure your cancellation request reaches us prior to shipment. You can only cancel your order if it’s still waiting to leave our warehouse — once it’s on its way, cancellation isn’t possible. Once your order has been packed and sent out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order will proceed to fulfillment as scheduled.

Majree applies a modest cancellation charge on prepaid orders to cover processing fees, with the balance refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment source. Please contact our customer care team promptly with your order details to proceed with cancellation.
